An amazing guest experience starts with safe food. Food safety training can be technical and boring. Ours isn’t. Aimed at creating perfect health department ratings, and certified by the ANSI certifying body, our food safety training is simple, clear and actionable for literally anyone.

Guests want their food fast. We teach the concept of Flow, to keep guests moving. If guests are moving, the line is moving. When guests slow down, that creates friction, and friction kills flow. We teach teams to remove the friction, keep the line moving, and keep guests happy.
